01

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the services, you agree to these terms and any policies incorporated by reference. If you use the services for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

02

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, restricting access to your account, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Account access may be subject to verification.

03

3. Services and changes

The website provides company information, editorial content, enquiry tools, subscriptions, and account functions. Features may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn as the service evolves. Content does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or security advice and should be evaluated for your context.

04

4. Your submissions

You retain rights in information you submit. You grant us permission to process it as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service. You must have the right to submit that information and must not send unnecessary sensitive data, malicious code, or unlawful material.

05

5. Intellectual property

The services, site design, brand elements, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where permission is stated, these terms do not transfer ownership. You may use publicly available content for ordinary personal or internal business reference but may not misrepresent source or endorsement.

06

6. Acceptable use

Use the services only for lawful and respectful purposes. Do not violate law, infringe rights, harass or threaten others, facilitate exploitation, distribute unlawful content, or misrepresent your identity or authority.

Do not probe, scan, bypass, or defeat security controls; access accounts, data, or systems without authorization; introduce malware; expose credentials; or help another person do so. Report good-faith security concerns through the support channel rather than publicly exploiting them.

Do not overload, disrupt, scrape at unreasonable volume, automate abusive requests, manipulate usage controls, interfere with other users, or create a disproportionate infrastructure or support burden.

Do not submit spam, deceptive requests, malicious attachments, personal information you lack authority to provide, or content intended to facilitate discrimination, fraud, or harm.

We may proportionately limit, block, preserve evidence of, or investigate activity that reasonably appears to violate this policy. Report suspected abuse with relevant dates, URLs, and request IDs, without including passwords, private keys, or unnecessary personal information.

07

7. Third-party services

The services may rely on or link to third-party services. Their availability, content, and data practices are controlled by their providers and may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.

08

8. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that cannot reasonably apply to a public informational service. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

09

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public services. Any limitation is subject to applicable law and does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud or willful misconduct where applicable.

10

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, or operational necessity. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective.

11

11. Governing terms

Mandatory local consumer and data protection rights continue to apply. The governing law and forum for a specific commercial engagement should be stated in the agreement for that engagement; these website terms do not replace a signed client contract.

12

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. The updated date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service channel where required. Questions may be sent to the legal contact shown on this page.
